This was a major remodel. The existing home was a 1.5 story with a detached garage. The garage was removed, an addition was added to left of home, the roof was taken off and a second story was added. The home was insulated with spray foam insulation and even though they made their home larger, their heating & cooling bills went down in cost! The main level was opened up for entertaining and better flow to the space. The bedrooms, bathrooms and the laundry room were moved upstairs. Overall the entire house had a much better layout!
