Sales Position
This is an attractive position that will require meeting with residential homeowners to offer a solution for their household needs. Candidate must be good at communicating with others and offering estimates.

We are looking for a team player who can:

Find leads for new projects
Run leads generated by the company
Meet with the homeowners
Provide information on products
Provide estimates and make bids
Promote the image of the company
Wants to work in an environment that is flexible and promotes self-growth

Knowledge of construction or related industry would be ideal, but not a must. Strong computer skills is preferred.

Our history

Aspire Builders, Inc. was started in June of 2004 (Originally named ZCR, Inc.) after the founder, Brian Zabrok , had already worked in the Architectural Engineering/Commercial Construction field for 9 years. This commercial experience helped develop a strong work ethic and put in place professional project management processes that keep projects organized and running smoothly. Aspire Builders Inc., took these processes and integrated them into the residential construction industry, making it one of a rare breed of professional, quality-driven and dependable residential construction companies.

In its early days, our founder took every opportunity to physically work with framing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, siding, roofing and other professional trades to learn, hands on, how the actual work is done. He already had the schooling, some hands on and design knowledge, but knew his weakness was learning the “tricks of the trades”. He added this knowledge to his abilities, which made him a better builder and consultant to his clients. We now drive these same values, skill sets and certifications throughout our organization.

Our past experiences and relentless pursuit of knowledge is what makes Aspire Builders Inc., great at thinking outside the box. We understand how a building is built, the codes that must be followed, and we have the required processes in place to keep projects on time and on budget!
